When Joe Gundermann, Sr., started the agency in Brooklyn, New York back in 1937, he probably didn't foresee that the company would one day become one of the top 25 metropolitan New York insurance agencies, as ranked by Crain's New York Business. However, it was his commitment to providing the maximum value to his clients that enabled the longevity and growth of the firm. Today, the firm is now comprised of over 40 sales and service personnel, headed by the third generation of the Gundermann family.
